Mr. Arvind Madhav Singh is a retired Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer from the 1986 batch of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre. He retired as the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of the Forest Force (HoFF) in the Forest Department of the Government of Assam, serving in this role from January 2019 to June 2021. Known for his dynamic personality, Mr. Singh holds a Master’s degree in Geology from Lucknow University and an M. Phil. in Internal Strategy & Security from Chennai University.
